Universal bus station3/17/2024 Sunday buses link Eddington via West Cambridge, the city centre (Queens College/Silver Street) to the railway station up to every 30 minutes.On Saturdays buses run every 20 minutes from Eddington via West Cambridge, the city centre (Queens College/Silver Street) to the railway station.The Universal operates to a 15-minute service frequency, Monday – Friday.The stop nearest to Churchill is on Madingley Road, just a little further down from the pedestrian crossing which leads towards the maths faculty.Ĭurrent members of the University can travel for a discounted fare of, currently, £1 per journey on the presentation of their valid University Card. The University part-funds the Universal bus service, which links Churchill with West Cambridge, the railway station, the Cambridge Biomedical Campus (including Addenbrookes), and many other University sites (such as Sidgwick).
